I have loved my three bodybilt chairs since
I bought them over 10 years ago. As a therapist,
I know that the primary hazards of my work
arise from the many hours of sitting I must
do each day.
Now
it turns out that in taking care of my body
with these wonderful chairs I have also
taken care of my peace of mind. Recently
the device that allows me to raise and lower
my desk chair to a good height finally collapsed.
I reached Mike Regan who could not have
been more kind, more prompt and more caring.
He was at my office
within days carrying the very device that
would fix the problem and in turned out
that this service was covered under the
original warranty. He gave me ergonomic
advice and showed me the benefits of using
a footrest which has made it possible for
me to enjoy my chair even more!
While I expected to
be satisfied with these chairs I had, with
other companies, learned not to expect this
level of service, honoring of commitments,
promptness, thoroughness, and kindness.
This is a wonderful, heartening surprise.
These are people who stand by their product
and who really care that the customer is
well served over time.

"Pins
and Needles" Gone!
I would also like to share with you, (even
without the shorter cylinder), the "pins
and needles" chronic problem I was
having in upper arms, forearms and especially
hands and fingers have vanished! Entirely!
I have absolutely no pain. And I have been
using the chair since September 15th, 2003.
I never thought a chair could have such
an impact. And as a portfolio manager, managing
assets of $50mil, sitting in front of TV
screens, and computers from 5:30am until
3:30PM, it makes a BIG difference!!

later had questions regarding the adjustment

assistance.
Phil Schultz spent
significant time with me evaluating my workstation
and specific use of the chair. He made critical
adjustments to the chair and significant
changes to my workstation. This resulted
in a dramatically improved work environment.

Dear Linda and Ben,

product. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia

I am afraid that I will be tempted to purchase
a new chair. I plan on going into the Omaha
store the next time I am there. I would
like to check out the newer chair for additional
comfort. If I had not purchased my original
chair, I do not think that I would have
been able to return to work after my car
accident. I have gone from being told I
could never work again to working 5 hours
per day, and just went to 8 hours. This
is a real testimony for the product that
you sell. My condition has improved somewhat,
however, chairs that offer the quality and
position choices for comfort make all the
difference.
My chiropractor recommended
that I go to the local specialty back store
in Omaha and after trying out many of the
products on their sales floor plus at other
stores, I chose your product. He then followed
up with an appt. in my office to set up
my work station. My doctor was very impressed

my K Series chair and with your service.
Recently my chair developed a problem with
the back and I called your company. I was
directed to Ray in the GSA office. He patiently
helped me in adjusting the chair and when
that failed he sent me new components that
I was able to installed myself. It's only
after you take one of your chairs apart
that you come to realize for yourself how
really well built they are. The new parts
fixed the problem and all this was done
under warranty (no charge) even though my
chair was five years old when the problem

As a degreed professional with a strong
medical training background and a current
position as a technical writer, I can doubly
appreciate the benefits offered by a properly
designed seating platform. My medical training
allows me to understand the physiology and
why the BodyBilt Chairs relieve tension
and stress. My current profession allows
me to understand why using a BodyBilt chair
improves productivity. I sit for long periods
of time performing data manipulation. I
had begun to experience numbness in my shoulders,
arms and hands. By the end of the Friday
workday, I am truly in a great deal of pain.
After using the BodyBilt Executive Chair
with Thoracic Support chair during an especially
busy week I noticed no numbness and no pain
in my shoulder, arms or hands. In fact,
I worked more hours each day of that test
week than normal. I went home on Friday
night and actually went to the track to
run with my wife, something that never happens.
I awoke on Saturday morning without any
tingling or pain in my shoulders, arms or
hands. When I gave up my trial chair and
